In compliance with the provisions of French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and civil liberties, the automated processing of personal data carried out via the RPBW website has been approved by the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) under number 2061648.
The personal data collected on the Renzo Piano Building workshop (subsequently “RPBW”) website are exclusively for internal use by RPBW. The data collected in this manner shall not be transferred, exchanged or rented.
In the event that you do not provide this information, RPBW shall not be able to process the corresponding files.
Pursuant to the aforementioned law, users are informed that they have a right to access, correct and delete data pertaining to them. This right can be exercised either directly on the website, by email at privacy_france@rpbw.com or by writing to RPBW Service Communication 34 Rue des Archives 75004 Paris FRANCE.
RPBW is bound to comply with the provisions of the aforementioned law, any breach of which is subject to criminal punishment.
RPBW must in particular refrain, in relation to any personal data that the company may access, from the collection, any unintended use, and generally, any act that may adversely affect the privacy or the reputation of other individuals.
Application at RPBW
Any personal data, as defined in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, that could be voluntarily given to RPBW, in the occurrence of a job application, are stored by RPBW in its servers located in the territory of the European Union and will be kept for the time of the application.
Personal data submitted with an application, including the candidate's name, address, and educational background, will be used exclusively by RPBW's Human Resources Team and Management to evaluate the candidate's application.
In order to exercise its rights of access, rectification, erasure; its right to restriction of processing and data portability, any data subject can address its claim to the Data Protection Officer:

RPBW Collaborators
Any personal data related to members or former members of RPBW and that could be display on the website can be withdraw if the data subject requires so. Any demand or any exercise of its right of access, rectification, erasure; its right to restriction of processing and data portability, can be done to the Data Protection Officer of RPBW.
