However, not all of our design team members are licensed as architects or design professionals in every country or jurisdiction. In those countries or jurisdictions where RPBW or its team members are not licensed to practice architecture, we provide services only under the control and supervision of a licensed Architect of Record or other licensed professionals who assume legal responsibility for the architectural services on the project.

RPBW does not offer to perform or engage in architectural services where the firm or its members are not legally authorized to do so. Instead, in jurisdictions where the firm or its design team members cannot legally practice architecture as licensed design professionals, RPBW operates solely as design consultants, in consultation, collaboration, and under the supervision of a duly licensed Architect of Record who is responsible for all services required to be performed by licensed professionals.
